Course
The course is on the beautiful and rugged Northshore Trail, along the scenic shore of Lake Grapevine.  The terrain is rocky and will provide a challenge for the fittest athletes. The 30K goes out and back from Jackson Pavilion to the turnaround.  The 50K course is one long out and back to the turnaround, then one short out and back. The 15K fun run course is out and back from Jackson Pavilion to Murrell Park.

Aid Stations: Aid will be available at the start/finish line, Murrell Park, Twin Coves Campground and the Far Gate/Nine-Mile Turnaround (9.9). The course is an out-and-back with 30K runners passing the Murrell Park (4.4/15.4) and Twin Coves (8.4/11.4) aid stations twice. Runners in the 50K will pass through the Murrell Park and Twin Coves aid stations twice on the first out-and-back, will hit the start/finish aid station at 19.8 miles, then will pass through the Murrell Park aid station twice on the second but shorter out-and-back.

The aid stations will be stocked with water, HEED sports drink, Coke, Sprite, PB&J sandwiches, M&Ms, gummi bears, cookies, chips, fruit, Tums, papaya enzymes, Vaseline, and toilet paper.
